Overview of the Program
- The RESET Challenge Group will meet via conference call for 30 minutes every week for 5 weeks. All calls will be recorded so that you can listen in on your own time if you can't make it live.
- The kick-off call will be on Sunday, May 8th at 7 p.m. EST.
- You will receive your 5-Day RESET kit in the mail and start the 5-day RESET on Monday, May 16th. Your $119 ticket includes your 5-day RESET Kit, blender bottle, DVD, email support and four weekly team coaching calls - over a $300 value!
- Your first five days of the RESET Challenge will consist of cleansing (or RESETTING) the body with the 5-day RESET. On the first call, we will explain the options for continuing in the 4 weeks after the RESET so you can choose which program is best for you.
- You can expect to lose 4-5 pounds* in the 5-day RESET program, and perhaps 10-15 pounds by the end of the 5th week!
Schedule of Conference Calls
- Week 1 - Sunday, May 8th - Kick-Off Call! This Orientation call will introduce you to the RESET program, discuss your goals and your intentions for your health. You will learn about the dangers of carbohydrate cravings and how to eliminate them. We will also provide tips for planning, clearing out junk food, and preparing your body for the cleanse.
- Week 2 - Sunday, May 15th. Jumpstart your weight loss. In this session, we will discuss tips, strategies and ideas to jumpstart your RESET Challenge. You also will be choosing Phase I or Phase II of the follow-up program, depending upon your personal health and weight loss goals.
- Week 3 - Sunday, May 22nd. Transitioning to Phase I or II. We will talk about how to incorporate this program easily into your life and create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
- Week 4 - Sunday, May 29th. Energy, Eating Out, Parties and Traveling. We will talk about how to keep up with your healthy lifestyle no matter where or what situation you are in, including common "trouble zones."
- Week 5 - Sunday, June 5th. Healthy and Lean for LIfe! What is working, challenges and how to sustain your new healthier lifestyle.
*RESET results vary depending on weight and metabolism. Typical weight loss during the 5-day RESET is 4-5 pounds.
Your 5-day RESET Kit comes with everything you need, including:

How the 5-Day RESET works
Each day for 5 days, you drink 3 delicious and filling shakes at mealtimes, eat a yummy nutrition bar for both your morning and afternoon snacks, plus one serving of fruit and unlimited servings of vegetables any time during the day. While on the RESET, you also drink eight to ten glasses of water and exercise moderately for 20-30 minutes a day. Those who want to lose weight may lose as much as 4-5 pounds on the RESET, and the fat comes off the waist first. But the most important result of the RESET is that it puts the body in a healthy state so that it is easier to make healthy food choices.
Phase I and Phase II
After the 5-day RESET, you will go onto Phase I or Phase II depending on your weight loss and health goals. These phases have been designed to help make your healthy new habits a way of life. We will help you choose which phase you want to go onto during the first two conference calls.
Phase I - Transformation and Weight Loss. This phase is perfect for you if you have additional weight to lose. Continue using the meal-replacement shakes and bars for two meals and one snack per day. Eat one additional low-glycemic meal and snack each day. Don't worry, we will be teaching you everything you need to know about planning and preparing low-glycemic meals!
Phase II - Healthy for Life Maintenance Program. This phase will help you stay lean and avoid carbohydrate cravings with one meal-replacement shake and one bar per day, plus two other healthy, low-glycemic meals and one additional snack.
